丸鋸(FC6MA3)でテーブルソーを制作しました。
併せて、テーブルソーを使用するにあたり必要と考えた治具を3つ制作。
①プッシュスティック･･･加工材の押し棒
②並行フェンス･･･加工材の幅設定、加工材の安定 した送り出し
③クロスカットスレッド･･･横引き切断用のソリ
※並行フェンス及びクロスカットスレッドには、トグルクランプ(GH-201B)を使用
注)テーブルソーは物凄く便利ですが、物凄く危険な機械でもあります。安全対策を最優先し、全て自己責任で制作して下さい。制作する前にはテーブルソーについての様々な情報を知る必要があります。
私が製作したテーブルソーもまだ不足している事だらけですが、どうしても作りたくて作ってしまいました。今後、安全対策を施していきたいと思います。
I made a table saw using a circular saw (FC6MA3).
At the same time, we created three jigs that we thought were necessary to use the table saw.
① Push stick…Pushing stick for processed materials
②Parallel fence…Set the width of the workpiece, stabilize the workpiece and send it out
③Cross cut thread…sled for horizontal cutting
*Toggle clamp (GH-201B) is used for parallel fences and cross-cut threads.
Note: Table saws are extremely convenient, but they are also extremely dangerous machines. Please prioritize safety measures and create everything at your own risk. Before starting production, you need to know various information about table saws.
There are still many things missing from the table saw I made, but I really wanted to make one so I made one. We would like to implement safety measures in the future.
