ダイソーの組立式アルミテーブルを購入したんですけど、良い商品なんですが、組み立てに手間がかかり面倒なので、折りたたみ式に作り替えました。
軽量で薄くすることが目標の一つということもあり、リベットやボルトを使わず接着剤と丁番で組み立てることにしました。
接着剤は、J-Bウエルド、ゴリラボンド、メタルロックの3種類試しましたが、ゴリラボンドとメタルロックは力が加わると簡単に外れたため除外しました。
結果、J-Bウエルドでしっかりと固定でき、熱々の鍋を置いても大丈夫なアルミテーブルが出来上がりました。
I purchased an assembled aluminum table from Daiso, and while it is a good product, it is labor intensive and cumbersome to assemble, so I decided to rebuild it as a folding table.
Since one of my goals was to make it lightweight and thin, I decided to assemble it with glue and hinges instead of rivets and bolts.
We tried three kinds of adhesives: J-B Weld, Gorilla Bond, and Metal Lock, but Gorilla Bond and Metal Lock came off easily when force was applied, so we decided not to use them.
As a result, J-B Weld held the table firmly in place, and we were able to create an aluminum table on which we could place hot pots and pans.
