波紋仕上げノンフラットダイニングテーブルDIY（前編）のご紹介です。
今回のダイニングテーブルの天板表面にはナラ材になぐり加工を施した(スプーンカット)材を使用することで優しい波紋、風紋が表面に浮かび上がります。
主にフローリング材、壁材として販売されていますが、この動画ではテーブルトップとして使用しました。
そのまま使用しても美しいパターンで仕上がりますが、今回はテーブル天板に使用する為、電動カンナで荒削りして、従来のなぐり加工よりも浅く緩やかな曲線になるように仕上げています。
ベースのラワン合板30㎜は株式会社アサヒ様からオンライン購入。
指定サイズで寸法カットして頂きました。
縁貼りには、ウッディヨネダ様にオーダーカットして頂いたホワイトアッシュ材を使用。
指定カットにはミリ単位の細かな指定でしたが、反りの無い素晴らしい仕上がりでした。
脚にはカインズホーム資材館で購入した杉KD材75×75×4000の長さを木材カットして頂き使用しています。
ラワン合板とフローリング材の接着、木口縁貼り接着には全てタイトボンドⅢを使用しています。
動画内でしているテーブルソーはマキタ マルノコ盤255mm2703を使用しました。

It is mainly sold as flooring material and wall material, but in this video it was used as a table top.
Even if it is used as it is, it will be finished with a beautiful pattern, but this time it is used for the table top plate, so it is rough-cut with an electric plane and finished so that it has a shallower and gentler curve than the conventional punching process.
The base Lauan plywood 30mm is purchased online from Asahi Co., Ltd.
I had you cut the dimensions to the specified size.
The white ash material that was custom-cut by Woody Yoneda is used for edging.
The specified cut was finely specified in millimeters, but it was a wonderful finish without warping.
For the legs, we have you cut the length of Cedar KD material 75 x 75 x 4000 purchased at Cainz Home Materials Center and use it.
Tight Bond III is used for bonding Lauan plywood and flooring materials, and for bonding timber edges.
The table saw in the video used a Makita circular saw board 255mm 2703.
