【DIY】ウッドブラケット ＆ チャンネルサポートで 自由自在な棚を【棚板・塗装】Free shelves [shelf boards / painting]

支柱と棚受け。これを使えば、誰でも簡単に棚を取り付けることができます。幅も高さも自由自在。棚板も好きな材を使えますよ。
棚板を木のまま「無塗装」にしていたのですが、壁面との色味が異なっていたので統一感がありませんでした。
●【DIY】たった１万円で部屋の壁を改造！本物木材で木目の綺麗な部屋に。

棚を取り外すのが面倒だったので長く放置してたのですが、年末に向けての大掃除・整頓の機会におもいきって取り外し、棚板を塗りました。

塗料はいつものワトコオイル 「エボニー」です。実は「エボニー」が残り少なかったので、「ウォルナット」（＝初回の壁の改装時に購入。↑上の動画です）がたっぷり残っていたので、ブレンドして嵩まししています^^;　比率にもよりますが、エボニーが勝って黒っぽい色合いになっています。

この棚はパーツは「ウッドブラケット」「チャンネルサポート」「棚板」の３点です。
「チャンネルサポート」は縦の支柱。２本を平行に並べて横幅を決めます。

「ウォールブラケット」は棚板の受けですね。L字の金具。
必ず棚板の奥行きとフォールブラケットの長さは合わせるようにしましょう。
棚板30cm程ならブラケットは25cm、とか。
棚板30cmにブラケット15cm、みたいなのは事故の元。危険です。
短いブラケットにはポッチが付いていて、チャンネルサポートにカチッとはまってくれます。

Supports and shelves. With it, anyone can easily install the shelves. Freely width and height. You can use any material you like for the shelves.
I used to leave the shelves as “unpainted” as they were made of wood, but there was no sense of unity because the colors were different from the walls.

It was troublesome to remove the shelves, so I left them for a long time, but I took the opportunity to clean and tidy up toward the end of the year, so I removed them and painted the shelves.

The paint is the usual Watco oil “ebony”. Actually, there was not much “ebony” left, so there was plenty of “walnut” (= purchased at the time of the first wall renovation. ↑ The above video), so it is blended and bulky ^^; It depends, but the ebony wins and the color is blackish.

This shelf has three parts: “wood bracket”, “channel support”, and “shelf board”.
“Channel support” is a vertical support. Arrange the two in parallel to determine the width.

The “wall bracket” is a shelf board holder. L-shaped metal fittings.
Be sure to match the depth of the shelf with the length of the fall bracket.
If the shelf board is about 30 cm, the bracket is 25 cm.
A shelf board of 30 cm and a bracket of 15 cm is the cause of the accident. It is dangerous.
The short bracket has a potch that snaps into the channel support.
