Materials you’ll need to make your Regalia Front Card:
All sizes are in INCHES.
1. 1 piece of cardstock 25 x 7 for the base hat (This is because my head measured 23 ½. You will have to measure your head and add 1 ½ inches to your measurement to get your paper length)
2. 1 piece of Stag Blank 9 ½ x 9 ½ for the top
3. 6 ¼ inch circles
4. 3 1 inch circles
