今回は、テーブルソーで長い材を安定させて切る事ができる、延長テーブルのご紹介になります。
テーブルソーで長い材をそのまま切ると、最後に落下してしまい、また、材の加工が不安定になることで、刃に不本意に触れてしまい、余分に切ってしまったや、落下時に凹んでしまったなど、予期せぬことが起こりやすくなります。
また、長く重たい材の場合はより制御が難しくなるため、危険も伴いやすくなるため、安全面からも落下防止措置は必要になってきます。
本来、長い材を切るときには、専用のローラーがあるとベストなのですが、今回ご紹介させて頂いた方法は、簡単に作れコストも抑えれ、収納時も場所を取らないメリットもございます。そんなに重たくない、長い材を切りたい方には、おすすめの治具でございます！
※テーブルソーはしっかりとした土台に固定して、使用してください！

Also, if the processing of the material becomes unstable, it is likely that the material will come into contact with the blade unintentionally, cutting off too much of the material, or the material will be dented when it falls, making it more likely for unexpected things to happen.
Furthermore, with long and heavy materials, it is more difficult to control and more likely to be dangerous, so measures to prevent them from falling are necessary from a safety standpoint.
Normally, when cutting long pieces of material, it’s best to have a dedicated roller, but the method we introduced this time has the advantage of being easy to make, keeping costs down, and not taking up much space when stored. This is a recommended jig for those who want to cut long pieces of material that aren’t too heavy!
