テーブルの天板をアンティーク加工してみました！

ホームセンターで杉の板を3枚購入。
杉の板は傷がつきやすいらしいのですが、今回は傷も風合いになるアンティーク加工したいので、あえてこれをチョイス。

#240のサンドペーパーで板の表面のささくれを整えます。
辺や角もヤスリがけして綺麗にしていきます。

釘を天板の上に撒いてカナヅチで打ち付けて傷をつけます。
スパナやカナヅチでも傷をつけます。
このやり方はCAINZさんの動画(https://youtu.be/dUYPvf529hk)も参考になります。

こうすることで天板の表面に不規則な傷がついて、アンティーク感が高まります。

表面のゴミを掃除機で吸い取り、固く絞ったウェス(布)で表面を拭きます。

塗料は、和信ペイント水性ウレタンニスのエボニーを選択。
ツヤ消しニスなので、落ち着いたブラウンになります。

刷毛でムラが出ないように一気に塗ります。

90分ほど乾燥させます。

1度塗りでしっかり色が入ったので、2度塗りはしませんでした。

最後に#400のサンドペーパーで表面をならして完成！

I tried antique processing of the table top!

Purchase 3 cedar boards at the home improvement center.
The cedar board seems to be easy to get scratched, but this time I want to make an antique processing that will also make the scratch feel, so I chose this.

Use a # 240 sandpaper to trim the surface of the board.
I am going to clean the sides and corners as well.

I nail a nail on a baking sheet and strike it with a punch and scratch it.
I damage it with a spanner or kanauchi.

By doing this, the surface of the top plate gets scratched irregularly, and the antique feeling increases.

Vacuum the dirt on the surface with a vacuum cleaner and wipe the surface with a squeezed cloth (cloth).

For paint, select an ebony with Washin Paint Water-based urethane varnish.
Because it is a matte varnish, it becomes calm black.

Apply at a stretch so that unevenness does not come out with a brush.

Let dry for about 90 minutes.

I did not paint twice because the color was entered once and firmly.

Finally finish the surface with # 400 sandpaper and complete!
