When using pigments please wear a respirator the particles are so minute you don’t see them but they are in the air as soon as you open the jar and go into your lungs and over time will cause respiratory problems and more…

Safety in the Art Room
Keep a fire extinguisher close by when using your torch or any open flame, read manufacturer’s instructions and keep a folder with all directions in a place you can easily find if you need it.
Be sure to follow the instructions given by the manufacturer when using any product in your art supply.
Some products require the use of a respirator, be aware of what they are and for what you should use one for.
